• Contact for dinner reservations/cancellations
• Sits in for the president whenever required
• Committee: Board representative on the Activities Committee

• Writing up of meeting agenda & minutes
• Organizing board files on yahoo & archiving
• Keeper of final membership list
• Help the President with organization, administration, etc.

Treasurer - Jaqui Moor

• Editing of Policies
